博士，研究员，博士生导师，河南省人民医院PI，眼用生物材料团队负责人，河南省眼科药物工程技术研究中心主任。中国生物材料学会眼科生物材料和医疗器械委员会委员，中国医师协会眼科分会基础与临床转化专委会委员，河南眼科临床转化和基础研究学组委员，河南省药学会眼科药物专委会委员，《Chinese Chemical Letter》,《MedMat》和《眼科学报》青年编委。近年来一直从事生物医用材料及其在眼表疾病应用的研究。先后主持和参与包括国家自然基金面上项目和重点项目、河南省杰出青年基金项目等在内的科研项目10余项，入选河南省高层次人才特殊支持计划“中原青年拔尖人才”和河南省高层次人才。以通讯作者(或一作)在Adv Mater, Biomaterials, J Control Release, Bioact Mater, Nano-Micro Lett, Ocul Surf, IOVS等国际知名期刊发表论文百余篇，被引4500多次(H指数41)，部分论文入选ESI热点论文和高被引论文。获授权专利15项，科技成果奖5项，一项研究成果实现临床转化。

Jingguo Li, PhD, is a Principal Investigator and Doctoral Supervisor at Henan Provincial People's Hospital, where he serves as Head of the Ocular Biomaterials Research Team and Director of the Henan Engineering Research Center for Ophthalmic Drug Development. Dr. Li is a committee member of the Ophthalmic Biomaterials and Medical Devices Committee of the Chinese Society for Biomaterials and holds memberships in several national and provincial academic societies in ophthalmology and pharmaceutical sciences. He also serves as a Young Editorial Board Member for journals including Chinese Chemical Letters, MedMat, and Eye Science.
Dr. Li’s research focuses on biomaterials and their applications in ocular surface diseases. He has led or participated in more than ten competitive research projects, including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Henan Outstanding Youth Science Foundation. He was selected for the “Zhongyuan Young Top Talent” Program and recognized as a High-Level Talent in Henan Province. As corresponding author (or first author), Dr. Li has published over 130 publications in leading international journals, including Advanced Materials, Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release, Bioactive Materials, Ocular Surface and Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science. His publications have received more than 4,500 citations, with an H-index of 41, and several papers have been recognized as ESI Highly Cited (1%) or Hot Papers (0.1%). Dr. Li holds 15 authorized patents, has received five scientific achievement awards, and successfully translated one research outcome into clinical application.
