胡珍泽，密西根大学92年药剂学博士，中国药科大学药学专业79级本科。从事眼科用药和器械研发、产品管线战略和技术引进管理30年。曾任美国博士伦公司和浙江海正药业高管、齐济投资合伙人和创业合伙人。与顶级投资机构共同创办了中国顶级眼科公司-欧康维视和典晶生物。目前是臻视特管理咨询（上海）有限公司、美国HIO Biosciences和温州海翱生物的创始人，中国眼谷和多家眼科公司的顾问，温州医科大学眼视光学院客座教授，国际眼科创新荟创始会长，中国药品监督管理研究会细胞与基因治疗专委会志愿者，以及中国毒理学会眼毒理专委会常务委员。

Dr. Zhenze John received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the University of Michigan in 1992 and earned his bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from China Pharmaceutical University (Class of 1979). He has 30 years of experience in ophthalmic drug and device R&D, product pipeline strategy, and technology in-licensing management. Dr. Hu has held senior executive roles at Bausch & Lomb and Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical, and served as a Partner and Founding Partner at Qiji Investment. He co-founded leading ophthalmic companies in China—Ocumension Therapeutics and Eluminex Biosciences—in partnership with top investment institutions. Currently, he is the founder of Zhenshite Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., HIO Biosciences (USA), and Wenzhou Hai’ao Biosciences. He also serves as an advisor to China Eye Valley and several ophthalmic companies, a Visiting Professor at the School of Ophthalmology and Optometry, Wenzhou Medical University, Founding President of the International Ophthalmic Innovation Alliance, Volunteer of the Cell and Gene Therapy Specialized Committee of China Society for Drug Regulation, and Standing Committee Member of the Ocular Toxicology Specialized Committee of Chinese Society of Toxicology.
