栾洁，医学博士，主任医师，教授从医39年，曾赴日本国立名古屋病院眼科、英国Cardiff大学视光学校进修学习，江苏省卫生厅首批“135工程”重点医学人才。现任江苏省中医药学会眼科学分会副主任委员，江苏省老年医学学会眼科学分会副主任委员，教育部高等学校临床医学类专业教学指导委员会眼视光医学专业教学指导分委会委员。曾任东南大学附属中大医院眼科主任，东南大学临床医学院眼科学教研室主任；江苏省医学会眼科学分会常委，南京市医学会眼科学分会副主任委员，江苏省防盲指导组成员，江苏省视力康复专业委员会委员。

Luan Jie, MD, Chief Physician, ProfessorEngaged in clinical practice for 39 years. She pursued advanced studies at the Ophthalmology Department of National Nagoya Hospital in Japan and the School of Optometry, Cardiff University in the UK. She was among the first batch of key medical talents under the "135 Project" launched by Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission.
