沈志华，深圳市中医院眼科主任医师，广州中医药大学硕士研究生导师，深圳市高层次专业人才，医学博士，博士后。长期扎根于眼科临床、教学与科研一线，在中医及中西医结合治疗眼病领域深耕多年，医术与学术并重。
在学术团队中担任中华中医药学会眼科分会常务委员，同时兼任广东省中医药促进会中医眼科学专业委员会副主任委员、广东省视光学学会中西医结合专业委员会副主任委员、广东省中医药学会眼科分会常务委员、深圳市中医药学会眼科专业委员会副主任委员、市中西医结合学会眼科专业委员会副主任委员，致力于区域眼科学科建设和人才培养，获评深圳市高层次专业人才。
科研方面，主持及参与国家级课题7项，紧密围绕眼科疑难疾病的中西医防治机制与临床方案展开系统性研究，取得发明专利2项。作为硕士生导师，将临床实践与学术思维相融合，悉心指导研究生，传承中医眼科学术思想。

Dr. Shen Zhihua serves as Chief Physician of the Ophthalmology Department at Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). He holds a Medical Doctorate and has completed postdoctoral research, reflecting a robust foundation in both clinical and academic medicine. Dr. Shen also contributes to academia as a Master’s Supervisor at the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
Recognized as a High-Level Professional Talent in Shenzhen, Dr. Shen plays an active and influential role in numerous professional societies. He is a Standing Committee Member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine. At the provincial level, he holds key positions including Vice-Chairman of the TCM Ophthalmology Committee of the Guangdong Association for the Promotion of Chinese Medicine, and Vice-Chairman of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Committee of the Guangdong Optometric Society.
