我的主要研究方向是各种眼病病理生理学的遗传和信号传导机制。已在同行评审期刊上发表了96篇论文，其中33篇为第一作者或通讯作者，包括《自然通讯》（影响因子15.7）、《癌症生物学研讨会》（影响因子15.7）、《生物医学科学杂志》（影响因子12.1）、《eBioMedicine》（影响因子10.8）和《美国国家科学院院刊》（影响因子9.1）。我还与本系及其他机构的合作者共同撰写了发表在《柳叶刀全球健康》（影响因子18.0）和《分子细胞》（影响因子16.6）上的论文。我曾作为项目负责人获得7项国家级竞争性科研基金，并作为合作研究员获得15项外部竞争性科研基金。我曾受邀在39场国际/国内眼科会议和32场地方眼科会议上作报告。此外，我还积极参与30场国际/国内会议，担任组委会成员、分会主席和摘要审稿人。我是四份国际科学期刊的编委。我的研究贡献获得了亚太眼科学会（APAO）成就奖、美国眼科学会青年学者奖以及亚太地区百位最具影响力眼科医生和视觉科学家的认可。此外，我拥有三项美国临时专利。
英文简介
My major research interests are on genetic and signaling mechanisms underlying the pathophysiology of various eye diseases. I have published 96 papers in referred journals, as the first or corresponding author in 33 of them that include Nature Communications (IF 15.7), Seminars in Cancer Biology (IF 15.7), Journal of Biomedical Science (IF 12.1), eBioMedicine (IF 10.8) and PNAS (IF 9.1). I also co-authored with collaborators in our Department and other institutions in papers in Lancet Global Health (IF 18.0) and Molecular Cell (IF 16.6). I have been awarded as PI for 7 competitive national fundings, and as Co-I in 15 external competitive grants. I was invited to speak at 39 International/National and 32 local Ophthalmology meetings. I also actively serve in 30 international/national conferences as member of the organizing committee, session chair and abstract reviewer. I am an editorial board member of 4 international scientific journals. My contributions in research are recognized by the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO) Achievement Award, the United College Early Career Excellence Award, and the Top 100 Most Influential Ophthalmologists and Visual Scientists in the Asia-Pacific Region. And I hold three US provisional patents.
