Dr. He Tao, MD, is a Chief Physician, Associate Professor, and Master's Supervisor serving as the Director of the Department of Ophthalmology at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. His academic appointments include memberships in the Ophthalmic Pathology Group of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the Fundus Disease and Ophthalmic Pathology Groups of the Chinese Medical Association, the Vitreoretinal Group of the Cross-Strait Medicine Exchange Association, as well as serving as a Youth Member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine. Clinically, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal detachment, macular diseases, cataracts, ocular trauma, and lacrimal duct diseases.
