Performed 26,000 fundus surgeries, more than 1,900 per year, setting a record of 26 vitrectomies completed in a single day and 25 years of continuous work with zero complaints and disputes
Invented the intraocular lens scleral hook fixation technique and obtained an international invention patent, invented a number of new technologies such as the finger sleeve scleral depressor during vitrectomy, and completed China's first 27g minimally invasive vitrectomy.
