张健存博士，国家特聘专家，1984年毕业于复旦大学，同年考入CGP中美化学研究生项目。1990年于匹兹堡获得有机化学博士后在进行杜克大学博士后研究。1992年加入吉利德，从事ASO小核酸药物以及小分子核苷抗病毒药物的研发。曾任深圳清华源兴副总裁和首席科学官，上海交通大学药学院教授和中科院广州生物医药与健康研究院研究员。有丰富的创新药物研发和学术和产业界经验。 近年来发明了多个创新药已经获批上市或进入临床阶段。近期致力于基于mRNA高效加帽技术和新型可离子化脂质的递送技术的于mRNA的疫苗和药物开发。发表论文100篇并申请和获批专利100余项。 

Dr. Zhang Jiancun graduated from Fudan University in 1984 and was admitted to the CGP in the same year. After receiving a doctorate in organic chemistry from Pittsburgh in 1990, he conducted postdoctoral research at Duke University.  He joined Gilead in 1992 and was engaged in ASO drugs and small molecule nucleoside antiviral drugs. He once served as vice president and chief scientific officer of Shenzhen Tsinghua Yuanxing, professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Pharmacy and PI at Guangzhou Institute of Biomedicine and Health, CAS. He has extensive experience in innovative drug R&D at both academic and industrial settings. In recent years, several innovative drugs invented have been approved or entered the clinical stage. Recently, he is engaged in application of mRNA therapeutics based on novel capping and ionizable lipid delivery technology. He has published 100 papers and applied for and been granted more than 100 patents.
