硕士研究生导师，PI，擅长糖尿病性视网膜病变、葡萄膜炎、视神经病变及干眼病的治疗。曾先后于复旦大学附属中山医院、江苏省中医院眼科进修学习。主持局级课题2项，参与国自然3项；获龙华医院优秀青年人才培养项目1项；2022年参加龙华医院与约翰霍普金斯医学院联合举办的首期国际临床研修班并结业；以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文24篇，其中SCI论文13篇（总IF>60.0分）；主译《Aravind眼科助理培训》1部，及参编著作2部；拥有授权国家发明专利2项、实用新型专利3项，其中成果转化2项等。另担任中华中医药学会眼科分会青年委员；中国中西医结合学会眼科专委会青年委员；上海市医学会视光学专科分会青年委员；上海市中西医结合学会眼科专委会委员；上海市中医药学会眼科分会委员；
上海市住院医师规范化培训结业考核中医考官等社会职务。

Master's Degree Supervisor, Principal Investigator (PI). Specializes in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, optic neuropathy, and dry eye disease. Previously pursued further training in ophthalmology at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, and Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine. As Principal Investigator, has led 2 Shanghai Municipal bureau-level research projects and participated in 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects. Recipient of an Outstanding Young Talent Training Program grant from Longhua Hospital. Has published several works of great scientific importance in China and abroad (total IF > 60.0). Has 5 authorized patents, and the achievement conversion rate is 40% (2/5). Awarded the certification of completion for the Executive Education Program by Johns Hopkins Medical International in 2022. Served as chief translator of Aravind Ophthalmic Assistant Training.
