李志敏，主任医师/教授，硕士研究生导师，现任贵州普瑞眼科医院业务院长。

临床经验丰富，曾任贵州医科大学附属医院眼科主任及教研室主任。专业深耕眼科四十余年，在视网膜疾病与屈光手术领域造诣深厚。其主持的《巩膜扣带术联合氩激光光凝治疗视网膜脱离研究》获省级科技一等奖，并在屈光手术技术方面完成了多项重要临床研究，系列成果发表于《中华眼科杂志》等核心期刊。

学术影响力广泛，兼任中华医学会眼科学分会眼视光学组全国委员、中国医药教育协会眼科专委会常委、贵阳市医学会眼科分会主任委员等多项国家级及省级学术职务，并担任国家科技奖励评审专家。

荣获“贵阳市十佳优秀科技工作者”称号，并积极投身公益，牵头组织大型爱眼日义诊。作为学科带头人，长期致力于临床诊疗、科研创新与人才培养，在业内享有崇高声誉。

Li Zhimin, Chief Physician/Professor, Master's Supervisor, currently serves as the Business Director of Guizhou Pure Eye Hospital.

With extensive clinical experience, she previously held the positions of Director of the Ophthalmology Department and Director of the Teaching and Research Office at the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University. Having dedicated over 40 years to ophthalmology, she has profound expertise in retinal diseases and refractive surgery. Her research project titled "Study on Scleral Buckling Combined with Argon Laser Photocoagulation for Retinal Detachment" received a provincial-level first prize in science and technology. Additionally, she has led several significant clinical studies in refractive surgical techniques, with a series of findings published in core journals such as the Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology.

Widely recognized for her academic influence, she holds numerous national and provincial academic roles, including National Committee Member of the Optometry Group under the Chinese Medical Association Ophthalmology Society, Standing Committee Member of the Ophthalmology Committee of the China Medicine Education Association, and Chairperson of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Guiyang Medical Association. She also serves as a National Science and Technology Awards Review Expert.

Awarded the title of "Guiyang Top Ten Outstanding Science and Technology Workers," she actively contributes to public welfare initiatives, leading large-scale free eye clinics on National Eye Care Day. As a leading figure in her field, she has long been committed to clinical diagnosis and treatment, scientific research innovation, and talent development, earning high esteem within the profession.
