袁良杰，山东第一医科大学眼科学院副院长，理学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，山东省研究生优质课程负责人，山东省课程思政示范课负责人，中国老年学和老年医学学会老年病学分会委员，山东生理学会理事。主要从事中药活性成分对神经胶质细胞功能调控及分子机制研究。主持及参与国家级、省部级课题9项。指导学生获全国大学生医学创新大赛暨“一带一路”国际竞赛国家级奖励2项。

Yuan Liangjie, Vice Dean of the School of Ophthalmology, Shandong First Medical University, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor. He is the person in charge of high-quality postgraduate courses and ideological and political demonstration courses in Shandong Province. He also serves as Member of the Geriatrics Branch, China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics, and Director of Shandong Physiological Society. His research mainly focuses on the functional regulation and molecular mechanism of glial cells mediated by active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine. He has presided over and participated in 9 national, provincial and ministerial research projects. Under his guidance, students have won two national awards in the National College Students Medical Innovation Competition and the Belt and Road International Competition.
