李星熠，临床医学博士，研究员/博士生导师，温州医科大学科学技术处副处长，国家优青、浙江省杰青项目获得者。主要研究方向为眼部生理屏障稳态调控的药物递送系统。在Adv Mater, ACS nano, Adv Sci, J Control Release等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI收录论文70余篇。主持国家级科研项目6项，省部级科研项目4项，作为主要参与人荣获2016年浙江省科技进步一等奖，2017年中华医学科技奖一等奖，2021年河南省科学技术进步奖二等奖。先后入选浙江省“万人计划”青年拔尖人才，浙江省高校领军人才培养计划等人才计划。

Li Xingyi, M.D., Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor, is Deputy Director of the Office of Science and Technology at Wenzhou Medical University. He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars and the Zhejiang Provincial Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. His research focuses on drug delivery systems for regulating ocular physiological barrier homeostasis. He has published over 70 SCI-indexed papers in leading international journals such as Adv Mater, ACS Nano, Adv Sci, and J Control Release. He has led 6 national-level and 4 provincial/ministerial-level research projects. As a key contributor, he has received the First Prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award (2016), the First Prize of Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award (2017), and the Second Prize of Henan Science and Technology Progress Award (2021). He has been selected for talent programs including the "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" for Young Top-Notch Talents of Zhejiang Province and the Leading Talent Cultivation Program of Zhejiang Higher Education Institutions.
