中文简介：Jodhbir Mehta 教授现任新加坡国家眼科中心副首席执行官（科研）、临床创新眼科学杰出教授，并担任 SingHealth Duke-NUS 眼科学与视觉科学学术临床项目科研副主席。他同时担任新加坡眼科研究所执行主任及再生治疗、白内障与屈光研究组共同负责人，是角膜疾病和屈光手术领域具有国际影响力的临床专家和科研学者。Mehta 教授曾获得多项国际和国家级奖项，包括 ARVO Gold Fellow、APAO Senior Achievement Award、Doyne Medal Lecture 等。他在角膜、屈光手术及眼科转化研究领域成果丰硕，拥有多项专利及商业化转化成果，发表同行评议论文 580 余篇，H 指数 84，受邀在 350 余场国际会议作报告，并担任多个学术期刊编委。其临床与科研贡献在国际眼科界具有重要影响力。

Professor Jodhbir Mehta is Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Research) and Distinguished Professor in Clinical Innovation in Ophthalmology at the Singapore National Eye Centre, and Academic Vice-Chair (Research) at SingHealth Duke-NUS. He is also Executive Director of the Singapore Eye Research Institute and co-head of the Regenerative Therapy and Cataract & Refractive Research Group. Clinically, he is a Senior Consultant and former Head of the Cornea and External Eye Disease Department at SNEC, and is internationally recognized as a leading surgeon in corneal disease and refractive surgery. Professor Mehta has received numerous national and international awards, including the APAO Senior Achievement Award, ARVO Gold Fellow recognition, and the 108th Doyne Medal Lecture. His research has generated 24 patents, several of which have been commercialized or licensed. He has published more than 580 peer-reviewed papers and 24 book chapters, with an H-index of 84, and has delivered over 350 invited presentations and more than 20 named or keynote lectures. He serves on the editorial boards of several journals and is currently Vice-President of International Relations of the American Cornea Society.
