眼科学博士，教授，民主促进会温州市副主委，市人大常委，温州医科大学眼视光学院（生物工程学院）眼视光医院副院长。温州市551人才，浙江省151人才。曾作为中国视光学资源发展计划（CORD）的培养对象赴美国新英格兰视光学院，休士顿大学视光学院、纽约州立大学视光学院进行培训和交流。主持多项省部级、市厅级科研项目，主编、参编多本眼科学教材，眼科学硕士、博士研究生视光学理论与方法的课程负责人。

He has presided over a number of provincial, ministerial, municipal and departmental research projects, and edited and co-edited multiple textbooks on ophthalmology. He also serves as the course director for the graduate course Optometric Theories and Methods for master’s and doctoral students in ophthalmology.
