任永霞，主任护师，天津市眼科医院护理部主任，中华护理学会眼科护理专业委员会副主任委员、中国医学装备协会护理分会手术室专业委员会委员、天津市护理学会眼耳鼻喉护理专业委员会主任委员、天津市护理学会常务理事、天津市护理质控中心委员、《天津护理》杂志编委、天津市健康科普专家库成员。

从事护理管理30余年，主编眼科护理专著2部，主审1部，参编10余部，主持参与省市级课题6项，实用新型专利15余项，成果转化3项，发表核心期刊学术论⽂20余篇。

Yongxia Ren, Chief Superintendent Nurse, Director of the Nursing Department of Tianjin Eye Hospital. She serves as Vice Chairperson of the Ophthalmic Nursing Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, Member of the Operating Room Professional Committee of the Nursing Branch of China Association of Medical Equipment, Chairperson of the Ophthalmic and Otorhinolaryngology Nursing Committee of Tianjin Nursing Association, Executive Director of Tianjin Nursing Association, Member of Tianjin Nursing Quality Control Center, Editorial Board Member of Tianjin Journal of Nursing, and Member of Tianjin Health Science Popularization Expert Database.

She has been engaged in nursing management for over 30 years. She has edited 2 ophthalmic nursing monographs as editor-in-chief, acted as chief reviewer for 1 monograph, and contributed as a co-editor to more than 10 monographs. She has led or participated in 6 provincial/ministerial-level research projects, holds over 15 utility model patents, has achieved 3 technology transfers, and has published more than 20 academic papers in core journals.
