医学博士，山东省立医院主任医师，山东大学教授、博士生导师。中国眼科医师协会角膜病学组委员，山东省眼科学会副主任委员、视光学组组长。致力于视光学、白内障等疾病的基础研究与临床治疗工作。开展了白内障超声乳化、飞秒激光准分子激光治疗近视、屈光晶体治疗超高度近视、角膜塑形镜儿童屈光不正治疗、RGP治疗圆锥角膜、角膜交联术治疗圆锥角膜和感染性角膜疾病等先进技术，在国际学术上做专题讲座10余次。

Guoying Mu, MD, PhD, is a chief physician of Shandong Provincial Hospital, professor and doctoral supervisor of Shandong University. Member of keratology Group of Chinese Association of Ophthalmologists, vice chairman of Shandong Ophthalmology Society and leader of optometry Group. He is committed to the basic research and clinical treatment of optometry, cataract and other diseases. We have carried out advanced technologies such as cataract phacoemulsification, femtosecond laser excimer laser for myopia, refractive crystal for ultra-high myopia, orthokeratology for children's ametropia, RGP for keratoconus, corneal crosslinking for keratoconus and infectious corneal diseases. We have given more than 10 lectures in international academic circles.
